Biography

Jean is so excited to sit and be human with you any day. She wants nothing more than to make a warm and welcoming environment for people to safely journey through the healing process. Jean wants to help individuals freely and openly unpack their individual stories through the therapeutic process. She helps each individual fight for healing and growth in their present and to seek hope for their future. Jean does not see you as broken or seek to “fix you”, instead she seeks to meet you exactly where you are and understand the puzzle that makes up your unique personality and context. She hopes that then together you can fit the puzzle pieces in spaces that no longer feel uncomfortable or forced. Because your puzzle is beautiful and full of all the pieces it needs to be whole.

Jean utilizes a combination of traditional complimentary methodologies and current neurological research to offer a personalized approach tailored to each client. Jean has acquired a Master’s degree in divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary and a Master’s Degree from Rutgers University in Social Work. She also received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Dance from Elon University. Her clinical experience includes working at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital and Princeton University’s Counseling Center. Jean does this work because she views it as one of the highest honors to share the beautiful and broken pieces of one’s life with another person in a journey to healing and wholeness.
