About Insurance…
Symmetry Counseling, LLC is currently not in network with any insurance providers.
However, you may have the option of seeking reimbursement for services.
We suggest that you:
Call your insurance company, and ask if you have mental health benefits.
If you do: ask your insurance provider if they work with "out of network" providers, such as Symmetry Counseling.
Inform them that you'd like to utilize services from an out of network provider, and seek reimbursement for these services.
Ask what they require from the provider, in order for you to seek reimbursement.
You will need to pay for each session up front, and Symmetry Counseling, LLC can provide you with a detailed "super bill" that includes tax ID, national provider information, diagnostic coding, and whatever else they require and that you consent to, as a client.
We encourage you to keep in mind that insurance companies typically require you to meet a mental health diagnosis. Thus, that diagnosis will be on the receipt submitted to the insurance agency.
